“Subscriber” means an individual who voluntarily provides contact information for email communications, content, experiences, or other communications from the Company.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through our website, online Services, forms, lead magnets, email communications, coaching relationships, transactions, and other interactions with the Company.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Provide
Depending on how you interact with our Services, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:
your name;
email address;
contact information;
information provided through forms, applications, inquiries, or communications;
information necessary to schedule, administer, or provide coaching or other Services; and
transaction or purchase information necessary to administer our business relationship with you.
We do not require you to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary for the particular interaction or Service.
2.2 The Reveal
Our “The Reveal” experience is a simple interactive digital experience designed to invite reflection and awareness.
To access The Reveal, you may first be asked to provide information such as your name and email address through an associated form.
The quiz itself does not require you to submit your answers to the Company. The answer choices operate within the digital experience itself and are not intended to be collected, evaluated, or stored by the Company as individual quiz-response data.
Accordingly, we do not use individual responses from The Reveal to create a personal profile or otherwise evaluate you based on your quiz selections.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use our website or online Services, certain technical or usage information may be collected automatically by the Company or by third-party service providers operating on our behalf.
This may include information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring sources, general usage information, and similar technical information.
The nature and extent of automatically collected information may vary depending on the platforms, technologies, and features used by our website and Services.
3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information collected through the Services for legitimate business and service-related purposes, including the following:
3.1 Providing and Administering the Services
We may use personal information to:
provide access to requested experiences, content, programs, and Services;
create and manage client or user accounts where applicable;
process registrations, bookings, and purchases;
communicate with Clients regarding their coaching engagements or other Services;
schedule and administer coaching sessions and related activities; and
provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
3.2 Delivering Email Communications and Related Content
When a person provides their contact information through one of our lead magnets, forms, or other entry points, we may use that information to deliver the requested experience and to communicate with them about related educational content, reflections, experiences, Services, and offerings, in accordance with applicable law and their communication preferences.
Marketing communications will include an appropriate method for unsubscribing or adjusting communication preferences.
3.3 Processing Payments and Transactions
We may use personal information as necessary to process purchases, confirm transactions, administer payments, provide receipts, and manage related financial and administrative records.
Payment-card information is generally processed directly by third-party payment providers rather than stored by the Company.
3.4 Maintaining and Improving the Services
We may use information to operate, maintain, protect, and improve our website, online experiences, client systems, communications, and Services.
Where appropriate, we may use information in aggregated or otherwise non-identifying form to understand general patterns of use, improve the user experience, and develop our Services.
3.5 Security, Fraud Prevention, and Legal Compliance
We may use personal information to:
protect the security and integrity of our website, systems, and Services;
detect, prevent, and address fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity, or security incidents;
enforce our Terms of Service and other applicable agreements; and
comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or other lawful obligations.
3.6 Business Administration
We may use personal information for ordinary business and administrative purposes, including maintaining records, managing our business relationships, communicating important service information, and handling legitimate business inquiries or disputes.
We do not use personal information for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy without providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent where required by applicable law.
4. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING PREFERENCES
4.1 Email Communications
When you provide your name and email address through our website, lead magnets, forms, or other Services, we may use that information to provide the experience or content you requested and to communicate with you about related educational, reflective, and informational content.
As part of this ongoing communication, you may receive information about our philosophy, content, experiences, coaching Services, programs, events, resources, or other offerings that may be relevant to your interests, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
We do not sell or rent email addresses or other personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4.2 Unsubscribing and Communication Preferences
You may unsubscribe from marketing or promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or other preference-management option provided in the communication.
Where available, you may also use preference-management options to modify the types or frequency of communications you receive.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending necessary non-promotional communications relating to an existing purchase, coaching engagement, transaction, account, security matter, or other service-related matter.
We will honor applicable unsubscribe and communication-preference requests within the time required by applicable law.
4.3 Email Service Providers
Email communications may be delivered through third-party email, marketing, or customer-management platforms that process information on our behalf.
These providers may receive information such as your name, email address, subscription status, and information necessary to deliver and manage communications. Such providers are expected to handle information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable contractual and legal obligations.
5. PAYMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
5.1 Payment Processing
Payments for our Services may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
When you make a purchase, the payment provider may collect and process information necessary to complete and administer the transaction, such as your name, email address, billing information, payment method information, transaction details, and payment status.
The Company does not generally receive or store complete payment-card numbers or other full payment credentials on its own systems.
Payment providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
5.2 Business and Service Platforms
We may use third-party platforms and service providers to support the operation and delivery of our business and Services. These may include platforms used for website and funnel hosting, client access, email communications, scheduling, payment processing, digital content, and related business administration.
Such providers may process personal information on our behalf to the extent necessary to provide their services to us.
We seek to work with service providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy practices and that process personal information in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.
5.3 Information Shared With Service Providers
We may disclose personal information to third-party service providers when reasonably necessary to:
process payments and transactions;
deliver email communications;
provide access to digital content or client areas;
operate and maintain our website and online Services;
provide scheduling, customer support, or administrative services;
maintain security and prevent fraud; or
otherwise support the legitimate operation and delivery of our Services.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
5.4 Third-Party Privacy Policies
Third-party service providers operate independently of the Company and may have their own privacy policies and terms governing their collection and use of personal information.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services when appropriate.

The Company may use such information, including aggregated or otherwise non-identifying information where appropriate, to understand general patterns of use, maintain and improve the Site, evaluate the effectiveness of our content and Services, and improve the experience we provide.
The Company does not intend to use such information to create individual behavioral profiles or to monitor visitors' activities for the purpose of tailoring personal interactions, unless this practice is expressly described in this Privacy Policy or otherwise disclosed to you.
6.3 Managing Cookies

Where applicable law requires additional choices or consent regarding certain cookies or similar technologies, we will provide those choices through the appropriate mechanism.
6.4 Third-Party Technologies
Some third-party services used in connection with our website or Services may place or access cookies or similar technologies on your device or may collect technical or usage information independently.
Such third parties may include website, payment, email, analytics, advertising, or other service providers.
The use of these technologies by third parties is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

Where required by law, appropriate notice will be provided regarding any material change in the handling of personal information.
7.4 Aggregated or Non-Identifying Information
We may use or share aggregated, statistical, or otherwise non-identifying information that does not reasonably identify an individual for purposes such as understanding general usage patterns, improving our Services, developing content, or evaluating our business.
8. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
8.1 Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, provide and administer our Services, maintain appropriate business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, and protect our legitimate business interests.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may delete, destroy, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Different types of information may therefore be retained for different periods depending on the nature and purpose of the information and the circumstances in which it was collected.
8.2 Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
We work with third-party service providers that may process personal information on our behalf and seek to use providers that maintain reasonable security practices appropriate to the services they provide.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.
